This course has been developed to help organizations apply section 4.4 of the Directive on Classification. In this course, we take an in-depth look at classification actions, including deleting a position, changing a reporting relationship, creating a position using a standardized job description and changing the title of a position.

Ce cours a été élaboré pour aider les organisations à appliquer l'article 4.4 de la Directive sur la classification. Dans ce cours, nous verrons en détail les mesures de classification, ce qui comprend : la suppression d'un poste, le changement de rapport hiérarchique d'un poste, la création d'un poste à l'aide d'une description d'emploi normalisée et le changement du titre d'un poste.
